“The best teams we have are teams that not only fit together from a skills perspective, but also from the perspective of being able to get along and work together and be able to discuss things,” Kevin shares. “Although skills are important and ultimately are going to be what drives some success of an organization, to really get to the next level of success and be highly effective, you really need a team that gets along together.”
