Making a Difference

CHG is requiring employees to be vaccinated — here’s why

Scott Beck, CHG Healthcare CEO

CHG announces employees are required to be vaccinated beginning December 1, 2021

As a company committed to making a difference in healthcare, our highest priority is ensuring the health and safety of our people, our customers, and our communities.

Since the start of the pandemic, healthcare providers — and the healthcare systems they support — have felt the deeply devastating effects of COVID-19 on those they serve and have carried an incredibly heavy toll themselves. Now, more than 18 months later, lives continue to be lost or changed forever due to this deadly virus. These frontline healthcare workers are exhausted, burned out, and need our support now more than ever.

As a crucial part of the healthcare delivery system, CHG Healthcare has an important responsibility to do all we can to help stop the pandemic. So, starting December 1, 2021, we are requiring all CHG employees to be vaccinated in order to work in our offices, attend company-sponsored events, or travel on behalf of the company.

Requiring our employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 is firmly in line with our purpose of making a difference in the lives of our people, our customers, and the communities we live in and serve. I feel this policy is the best way to keep our communities and employees safe and reduce the negative impact of this pandemic on healthcare workers across the country.

On behalf of everyone at CHG, I want to thank all of the healthcare workers for keeping us safe during the pandemic and thank our employees for doing their part to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
